Return Policy

All products of Anatometal Inc. are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Any unused product found to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged for an equivalent item, or for a credit. The return of a product after it has been used is subject tot the approval of Anatometal Inc. Returns of non-defective merchandise not resulting from a shipping error may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. We request that all returns be individually packaged, clearly marked with length/gauge and defect. All custom jewelry will be considered a final sale. All returns must be approved in advance of shipping, and marked with the corresponding Return Authorization Number (RA#).
